My elderly SubZero fridge needs lots of tender loving care. Recently the freezer temperature has been very erratic and it stopped making ice. A different appliance repair company looked at it, thought the fan was bad, suggested ordering parts from California, then never called me back and never completed the service. Scott from Appliance Service Station called the morning of my appointment to confirm, showed up right on time, was neatly dressed in a company uniform, polite, and professional. He did not ask me to empty the contents of the fridge, which previous service providers have. He was quick and very tidy. He easily diagnosed the problem (dust build-up in the compressor) and corrected it. He recommended replacing the fan which was discolored and cracked from the over-heated compressor. He had the necessary parts in his van and did the work on the spot. He gave me a written 12 month guarantee on service and parts. He cheerfully wished my a good day and went on to his next call. My fridge has been happily humming and making ice ever since he left. Awesome service! I will absolutely use Appliance Service Station in the future.

Glenn was friendly and efficient and very respectful of my time and keeping the repair area clean. The delay is repairing my dryer was no fault of his. It took one month to get the part which was not pleasant to be without a working dryer for this length of time. But when the part came in, Glenn was here within a few days.
