Ahh, turkey. The centerpiece of every Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey is arguably the one dish that no cook should mess up during Thanksgiving’s preparations.
A well-prepared turkey is tender and juicy on the inside, and yet, delightfully crispy on the outside. There are a lot of hacks published online on how to achieve the perfect turkey with a conventional oven, but did you know that there’s actually a specific oven that can help you achieve the perfect turkey just by selecting the correct oven settings?
That’s right, the Wolf Convection Steam Oven not only simplifies the turkey-roasting for you, it also has the perfect oven setting so you can cook a turkey that’s perfectly moist and juicy on the inside and yet perfectly crisp and crunchy on the outside.

All it takes is knowing the right settings for your Wolf Convection Steam Oven, and you’ll be cooking away in time for Thanksgiving.

I am assuming that you cook the turkey the same as the roasted chicken recipe that is in the steam oven cook book using the time guide for the chicken. The recipe link for the Turkey is the wolf oven. I love love love my steam oven just wish I could find more steam oven specific recipes.
I agree 100%! Love, love, love this oven. But everything has to be an experiment because there are NO specific recipes and guidelines. Just generalities. I’ve done 10 loaves of sourdough bread. The crust is amazing. I just have to perfect the temperature for best rise and crumb. I would love for a professional to give me some tips. About to do a turkey. I have no idea on temp to cook at or what to get it to for its weight. Again, an experiment….on Thanksgiving!
