Nothing gets you into the holiday spirit quite like hopping in the car and hunting down the most extravagant Christmas light displays in Seattle. Here’s a list of neighborhoods and special events that highlight the best Seattle has to offer!
Seattle Neighborhood Christmas Light Displays
Candy Cane Lane (Ravenna)
Beginning in early December and running through the New Year, this is Seattle’s best drive or walk-thru light display. It’s a free loop through the neighborhood of Park Road and Ravenna Boulevard (from 4-11 p.m.), and has been a community event since 1941. You don’t want to miss this one.

Kerry Park Viewpoint (Queen Ann Hill)
Kerry Park has some of the most spectacular views of Seattle’s skyline. This event is free, and offers some of the best views in town.
211 W. Highland Dr. Seattle, WA.
Timberline Neighborhood (Sammamish)
This neighborhood creates a holiday buzz every year with their famous light displays. Almost every house goes all out with display themes such as the Polar Express and the Grinch the Stole Christmas.

Olympic Manor (Ballard Neighborhood)
These historic homes are a sight to see even when they’re not lit up with holiday spirit. Since the event draws big crowds, it’s recommended to park and take a walk through the neighborhood instead of trying to drive through.
